Education:

I received my undergraduate degree from University of Denver with a major in Psychology, a minor in criminology and business administration.

My graduate degree was at California Lutheran University for Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Work:

I have been working in the field for over a decade. Most of my experience has been working for the County of Ventura. My experience there focused on youth and young adults involved in the foster care system. I went on to become the Clinic Administrator supervising the programs operations and clinical needs.

Certifications:

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidenced-based approach focusing on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact. I also have significant training in Attachment Theory and Motivation Interviewing.
